Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by FlowForge AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA), all custom software and code developed for you upon final payment becomes your intellectual property. FlowForge AI retains the right to use common library components and development methodologies used across projects.
3. Use of AI Services
Our AI tools provide recommendations based on available data. While we strive for extreme accuracy, FlowForge AI is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. These outputs should be considered strategic suggestions and not professional legal or financial advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FlowForge AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services or products.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
